Refund policy

Once the Agreement Is Signed

Once you sign the Vendor-Buyer Agreement (the Model Agreement under the Rooftop Solar Programme Ph-II) and it is uploaded to the PM Suryaghar Portal, the agreement becomes a binding contract between you and Sundance Solar, governed entirely by its terms — not by this website policy.

At that stage:

  • Work formally commences under the agreed scope, price, and payment schedule.
  • Your application enters the government subsidy and DISCOM approval pipeline, which cannot be reversed or withdrawn from our side once submitted.
  • No refund is possible once the signed agreement has been uploaded to the PM Suryaghar Portal.

3. Cancellation Before Portal Upload (If Applicable)

If, in rare cases, cancellation is requested after signing but before portal upload, it will be handled strictly as per the cancellation terms in your signed agreement (Clause 10), including:

  • A cancellation window and associated cancellation fee (percentage of order value plus incurred costs — design, labour, logistics, etc.) as specified in your agreement.
  • No cancellation is possible once the solar modules, inverter, or Balance of System (BoS) have been dispatched to your site. If cancellation is attempted after dispatch, amounts already paid are non-refundable.

4. Why This Policy Exists

Rooftop solar installation under PM Suryaghar is a government-linked subsidy process. Once your application is filed with the DISCOM/MNRE portal, Sundance Solar Pvt Ltd' commitments — procurement, engineering design, and installation scheduling — are triggered and cannot be unwound without cost. The signed agreement, not this webpage, is the governing document for all payment, cancellation, warranty, and dispute terms.

5. Warranty & Post-Installation Support

This policy governs cancellation and refunds only. Product warranty, installation workmanship warranty, and performance guarantees continue to apply as detailed in your signed agreement, separately from this policy.
